New Forms is an exploration of possibility – an invitation to reimagine what the London Distillery Company’s single malt whisky can become. Drawn from the rare and finite casks of the original distillery, this series looks forward rather than back, reshaping our spirit through bold, modern interventions.

This expression is the most transparent dialogue between spirit and wood. Rather than masking character, the ex-bourbon influence amplifies it – allowing the natural fruit and barley structure of the whisky to come forward with clarity. The result is energetic and direct, with the oak providing shape rather than weight. It is perhaps the most “classic” reinterpretation of LDC spirit – but only in the sense that it reinforces what the spirit looks like when nothing is obscured.
Nose: Honey on buttered toast, ripe banana, sweet lemon zest and tropical juice with a touch of pineapple, vanilla blossoms and red peppercorns, subtle tart ripe nectarine, toasted grains
Palate: A sweet and rounded profile with buttery caramel, toasted oak, sweet and warming cinnamon, bitter lemon zest and deep, rich char.
Finish: Lingering notes of oak and char, melted butter on toast, subtle fresh banana and tart green apple.
